The terms of this Policy are applicable to all applicants who use or access this Portal for admission related applications as well as recruitment related applications in an individual capacity, including authorized users, or other persons using or accessing the Portal (the "User(s)"). Furthermore, anyone agreeing to the terms of this Policy or on behalf of any person represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind said person to the Policy and are therefore accepting the terms and condition hereunder on behalf of that person.

NTS bears no responsibility for any Job Offer or Admission Confirmation for the applications processed through the portal.

NTS makes no implied or express representations or warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of the User Content submitted on the Portal and shall not be held liable for any error results, whether directly or indirectly, from an individual’s reliance on information provided on the Portal by anyone other than NTS.

NTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove User Content from the Portal; however, no obligation exists on NTS to definitively undertake any such action.

NTS shall, in no manner or form, be responsible for the Portal services and/or User Content being secure or free from any errors, bugs, viruses and other harmful components’ and/or functioning free of any and all interruption, theft or destruction. No claims shall be entertained by NTS with regards to:

  1. Usage of the Platform in combination with any third-party materials, applications, platforms or software.
  2. No liability shall be incurred by NTS for any loss, damage, delays or failures arising out of use of the Platform and attributable to acts beyond NTS’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, changes to laws, embargoes, wars, terrorist acts, acts or omissions of third-party’s, epidemics, explosions, socio-economic instability, natural calamities, power outages, weather conditions, acts of hackers, internet issues service providers, any outside forces that disrupt the functionality of the Platform and acts or omissions of the User or any third party.

NEITHER NTS NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE PLATFORM CONTENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF OPERTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POLICY OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, SERVICES OR CONTENT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT NTS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Since NTS - PAKISTAN is a Testing / career site, we give you two options regarding the accessibility of your resume:

  1. You can store your profile in our database. This means that you can use it to apply for a job / test online; however, employers and recruiters will not have access to search it.
  2. But if apply to a job posting/test on NTS - PAKISTAN, the employer to whom you send your resume will be able to view all of your information

You may change your profile information any time but you can only change your submitted application once after submitting application on a specific job/test on NTS website but you cannot delete your submitted application on NTS web site.
